JetTeam ("we") provides missed-call recovery services to local service businesses in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When you call one of our client businesses and the call goes unanswered, we send text messages on that business's behalf.
Phone number (from your call's caller ID), the contents of your text conversation, and the service details you choose to share (name, service address, issue description, scheduling preference). We collect this solely to help the business you called respond to your request.
Messages are sent only in response to your call or inquiry to a specific business. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. We keep a record of consent and opt-outs. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your conversation and details are shared with the business you called so they can schedule and perform the service you requested. We do not use the missed-call conversation for unrelated promotions, and we do not sell personal information.
